To Cherish

When someone is precious to us we cherish them. We hold them in a special place, that life, circumstances and attacks cannot shift. We hold them in a place in our heart where the walls cannot be broken down. Have you ever loved someone like that? Have you ever cherished someone in a way where satan could not effect with all his fiery darts. Perhaps you cherish your mother like that? Perhaps if you are a parent you cherish your children like that. I want you to know that I cherish YOU like that! To Me, you are in a special place in My heart. When you sin, I don't stop loving you, I don't draw away from you, but I actually lean forward in Heaven and pray that you would confess your sin and draw yourself back to Me.

One thing that I knew when I was on earth that my Pappa in Heaven truely cherished Me. I did not have one doubt in My life of His love. I was overcome and immersed in His extravagant love for all of My life. I did not go from believing one day to doubting His love the next day. In this, if nothing else, I was not like you. I was assured  with and comfortable in My Pappa's love. Can you imagine how indestructible and strong you would be if you were sure of the same?

God cherishes you. He has made a way for your to be close to Him, but first some of you need deep emotional healing. God has even put counsellors on the earth that can get to the bottom of your need and help you to be healed. You really are the apple  of His eye. You really are loved like I am by Him. Just as He loves and cherishes Me, so to He loves you. He has not got one form of love for Me and then another form of love for you. He does not measure out His love for  people that are His according to the way that they behave, Just as you cherish your own mother, or how you cherish your child, God cherishes you. It might be hard for you to contain in your heart and mind right now, but seek that counsellor and come back to these words one day and you will see that I was speaking the truth.
